Challenge:
Create a silent auction that carries the prestige of Cedars-Sinai from solicitation to winning bid deliveries.
Objective:
Establish a turn-key format and implementation system for management of every aspect of a successful silent auction evening, including catering, décor, staging, product and brand alignment, and execution in such a way that attendees feel entertained, engaged in the mission, and grateful for the opportunity to participate.
Solution:
Working with our West Coast Partners and the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors, the team has annually overseen logistics and production of the entire auction from solicitation to close-out for more than a decade.
